Energy & Disaster Resilience — S.T.A.N.D. Initiative

Through our ETIPP partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and Groundswell, we're building the S.T.A.N.D. Initiative (Self-reliance, Teamwork, and Agile Neighborhood Development): community training, resilience-kit distribution, solar installations, and a resident-led emergency response network built around CERT and Teen CERT teams.

Navigators of Change — Youth Workforce & Resilience Training

Navigators of Change (NOC) is our flagship youth program for ages 13–24, combining disaster-response certification with real workforce credentials in the energy and utilities sector — Solar PV Installer, Energy Efficiency Technician, Utility Line Technician, Smart Grid Technician, and Generator Systems Technician career tracks.
